1 General Terms & Conditions

By using the betok.bid website or the Betok mobile app, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Betok's Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Betok platform.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing games on Betok:

• All games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Results are entirely random and cannot be predetermined by anyone.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, your progress is saved automatically. When you reconnect, the game will resume from where you left off.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, Betok will review the matter.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, Betok reserves the right to review the outcome of that round and void it if necessary.

7 Prohibited Activities

10 Account Closure & Suspension
